Greetings from a Starbucks at the Charlotte airport. I’m here waiting to board my flight to Boston for a week at the EMC office. Last night I put together a quick video showing how to configure an iSCSI target and LUN on an EMC Celerra and then connect to that LUN from a Windows host.
Chad Sakac from EMC has some great videos and tutorials on using the Celerra Simulator which are available on his blog. If you’re interested in learning about the Celerra without full access to one in a lab I recommend checking out his page and the simulator. It works like a full Celerra unit and you can do about anything with it. I’ll be doing some videos soon showing the configuration of the Celerra with Site Recovery Manager while using two of the sims configured with replication.
